disable finder search operators?

Hello Appleheads,

i have a simple short question:
How do i disable finders search operators?

I want to find a file named 12345 -0001.jpg

but Finder interprets the - as AND NOT so i dont get the file as result, instead Finder finds:

12345 -0002.jpg

12345 -0003.jpg

Google uses "" for specific strings. I can exclude -word or -"my word"

I would be fine getting told to use character " to search for my string, but I dont find anything.
Is the Finder-Search that bad?

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)
